Our in person product pick up is at roll up window in the doorway of our store. We shall have your piece boxed & ready to wear! Remember if you don't require packaging we issue you with a $5 Malleable Jewellers gift card.

You can return unworn items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping & insurance, make sure to use a tracked, signed for shipping service.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will issue you a gift card for the full amount including applicable taxes.
All sale items, custom orders and/or modified items ie engraved are non-exchangeable.

Expedited Parcel 1-7 business days service with tracking & signature required. If expedited services are required then this shipping option can be purchased through checkout.
We offer FedEx International Priority shipping to various regions of the world, these shipping charges are a fixed amount represented upon checkout.
Additional customs & duty charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that Malleable Jewellers does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.
